Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ace It Driving School, we are committed to providing a professional and flexible service to our students. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any lessons once booked.

If you need to reschedule your lesson, you may do so free of charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. To make changes, contact us via email or phone, and we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative time.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the full lesson fee may still apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that late changes may not always be possible.

We encourage all students to carefully plan their bookings and reach out as soon as possible if changes are needed to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
